Homemade Pepper Powder Recipe | Milagu Podi Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Pepper powder is one of the basic spice powder used in many dishes. We use it almost daily and store bought ones contains lot of preservatives and adulterants. It is quite simple to make pepper powder in home in 10 minutes.
We need to roast the pepper till aromatic and powder them coarsely or finely. Make a small batch and use them as and when required. It keeps well up to 6 months. I usually make them once in 2-3 months. This is my third entry to this week blogging marathon themed under condiments.

- Pepper 50 grams
Instructions
- Dry roast pepper till it splutter and turns aromatic.
- Cool down and transfer to mixer.
- Grind to fine or coarse powder.
- Cool down and store in air tight container
- Use it as required for your dishes
