Ingredients
- Baby corn 1 cup heaped
- Besan flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt as required
- Water few drops
Instructions
- Wash and slice the baby corn as round pieces and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Take boiled baby corn in a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients listed.
- Add few drops of water and marinate the baby corn.
- Heat oil and fry them till golden.
- Drain them in tissue and serve immediately.
- Baby corn fry is ready.
Notes
I cut the baby corn as small round pieces. You can slice them cross or fry them as such too without cutting.
Adjust the spices according to your taste. Mine is mild suitable for kids.
How to make Baby Corn 65 with step by step pictures
