Banana Smoothie Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Banana smoothie is healthy drink where bananas are blended with milk. It is good option for breakfast or drink after workout. I had few ripe bananas in my fridge and was thinking what to do with that. First thought to try banana cake or cupcakes only. But suddenly got an idea to try this easy and quick smoothie.
I was thinking whether to call this as smoothie or milkshake as both are more or less same. Then choose smoothie as I didn't use ice cream in this as well as it was not very creamy as milkshake. We can adjust the consistency by adding more or less milk. I used the simple ingredients. I used cream to increase the creaminess since my cream was reaching expiry date. It is purely optional.

Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- Banana 2 big ripe
- Milk ⅔ cup
- Cinnamon ¼ tsp
- Honey few drops optional
- Cream 2 tbsp optional
- Crushed nuts for decorating optional
Instructions
- Take 2 big ripe bananas in mixer and mash it nicely.
- To the mashed bananas add milk and combine.
- Add cinnamon powder and mix nicely.
- Then add Honey and mix. You can skip honey if sweetness in banana is enough.
- Finally add cream and mix nicely.
- Chill, top it with nuts and serve.

How to make Banana Smoothie with step by step pictures
