Beetroot Poori Recipe | How to make Beetroot Poori recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. It is a colorful and nutritious poori made with the goodness of beetroot. Beetroot puree is added while making the dough. My kids call this pink poori and the best way to feed fussy kids. Color of the poori is so attractive and appealing to anyone.
I make different vegetable purees and add them to the dough while making poori. You can also use leftover vegetable poriyal and use it for making parathas or poori. Serve it with potato masala, chole, or any curry of your choice. I served it with my no onion and no garlic chana masala. I pack this for my kids lunch box.
