Bread Omelette Pizza Recipe | Omelette pizza | Quick Pizza recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Bread omelette pizza is a fusion recipe where bread omelette is used as a base for pizza. It is so quick and easy to put together and it gets ready in 20 minutes. Are you carving for some pizza but lazy to make the dough from scratch, then this recipe is for you.
I have used onions, tomatoes and capsicum as a topping. You can use any vegetables or meat of your choice. I am so lazy to make pizza sauce, so used green chutney and it was so delicious. You can use tomato sauce too as a layer on the base. Kids will love this as evening snacks or for dinner. Similarly, you can also make Chapati pizza or dosa pizza as an alternative to normal pizza.
If you are looking to prepare the pizza dough from scratch, you can prepare whole wheat pizza base and store it and use them to make delicious paneer tikka pizza, Veggie Whole wheat pizza, or cheese burst pizza. How to make Bread Omelette Pizza with step by step pictures
Take 3 eggs in a bowl
Add salt and pepper powder to it.
Add finely chopped onions, capsicum to it.
Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it.
Mix nicely till everything is combined.
Heat pan and drizzle some oil.
Add the egg mixture to the pan and spread.
Place the bread slices on the egg mixture.
Apply butter on the bread, close and cook for 2 minutes till egg is cooked.
Now carefully flip the omelette without breaking it.
Keep the flame in low and apply green chutney or pizza/tomato sauce on the top
Then add the cubed onions, capsicum and tomatoes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on the top
Then add grated cheese on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and red chilli flakes
Close the lid and cook till cheese is melted.
Delicious bread omelette pizza is ready.
