Bread Vada | How to make Bread Vada recipe with step by step pictures. It is simple instant evening snack made with bread, rice flour, curd and other spices. I had few pieces of bread crumbled from my homemade bread. So made these bread vada from that leftover bread slices. I referred few recipes and came out with my own version. When we have some sudden guests coming over we can easily prepare this in 15 minutes. Curd and flour helps to bind the bread and make vada.

Bread Vada
Ingredients
- Bread slices 2 or 1 cup crumbled
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Rava 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
- Onions ½ finely chopped
- Jeera ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder ¼ tsp optional
- asafoetida a pinch
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Curry leaves few finely chopped
Instructions
- Take bread slices and crumble them in mixie. You can use your hands too.
- Then add finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, rava, rice flour, salt, jeera, asaefoetida, finely chopped coriander and curry leaves and curd.
- Mix nicely to form consistency of making vada. Can add few drops of water if required.
- Take small ball of the dough and flatten them like how we do masala vadai.
- Heat oil and fry the vadai until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with Tea/Coffee
