Buckwheat Cookies Recipe | Gluten free buckwheat cookies recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. These are healthy, gluten free cookies made with buckwheat flour. I used corn flour along with buckwheat and followed my recipe of butter cookies. These cookies are perfect to enjoy as evening snacks with Tea/Coffee.
When I made Buckwheat pancakes my kids enjoyed them so was thinking to make cookies for long time. Nowadays I am so lazy to bake other than making cake for birthdays. My oven is not working so I do all my bakes in stove only. So I choose the cookies theme for this week blogging marathon to motivate myself. Stay tuned for healthy cookies recipes this week. How to make Buckwheat cookies with step by step pictures
Take butter and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Mix butter and sugar to form creamy texture. Then add buckwheat flour and corn flour and mix nicely to form dough.
You can add few drops of milk/water if required to form dough.
Take small ball of the dough and flatten them. Grease the baking tray and place the cookies in them.
In the kadai place a plate with holes and preheat for 5-7 minutes.
Then place the baking tin and bake in low flame for 20-22 minutes till it is done.
Cool the cookies in wire rack and enjoy
