Ingredients
- Buckwheat flour 1 cup
- Rava 1 cup
- curd ¾ cup
- Salt as required
- Water as required
- Oil 2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Onions 2
- Green chilli 2
- Curry leaves handful finely chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp finely chopped
Instructions
- Take buckwheat flour and rava in a bowl.
- Add curd to it.
- Mix and add water to it to form a batter.
- Keep it aside and prepare the tempering.
- Heat oil and temper with cumin and pepper.
- Then add finely chopped onions and green chilli
- Saute nicely till golden and add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Mix and switch off the flame.
- Add the mixture to the prepared batter.
- Add more water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Heat dosa pan and pour the batter and fill the holes as we do for Rava dosa.
- Drizzle oil and cook in low flame for 4-5 minutes and flip the dosa.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Healthy buckwheat dosa is ready.
