Enjoy the creamy carrot soup with some toast or fries on the side. Monday again and theme for this week in Foodie Monday Bloghop group is #249MonsoonMunchies suggested by Archana who blogs at themadscientistkitchen. I am in love with her Ragda Pattice Chaat and vegan hara bhara millets kebab. Do check her space for more interesting recipes.
Coming back to the theme, Monsoon season has started in many parts of the country with drizzling rain. Keeping that in mind Archana has suggested foods we enjoy during Monsoon like hot bajji, samosas, chaat, soups, savory bakes etc for the theme. I made this hot creamy carrot soup.
