Chicken Omelette recipe | Spicy Chicken Omelette recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Chicken Omelette is delicious, mouthwatering and healthy recipe made with combination of chicken, eggs, capsicum and onions. It is one of the fulfilling option for breakfast or can be had as side dish for rice. It is one of the popular fast food recipes.
I saw this recipe from samayal samayal cooking show where they showed some dishes from famous fast food shop from madurai. You can boil the chicken, shred them and use too. I like to shallow fry them. If you like you can add cheese and make cheesy chicken omelette. We can also use the leftover chicken from gravy or Curry to make this dish too. Any non veg lover will like this dish.

Chicken Omelette recipe | Spicy Chicken Omelette
Ingredients
- Chicken 100 grams
- Onion 1
- Capsicum ¼
- Green chillies 1
- Eggs 2
- Red chilli powder ¼ TSP
- Salt as required
- Pepper powder ½ tsp
- oil 2-3 tbsp
Marination
- Red chilli powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Garam masala ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Instructions
- Wash and cut the chicken as small pieces.
- Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt given under marination to chicken.
- Mix everything together till chicken is coated.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry them and keep it ready.
- Finely chop the onions, capsicum and green chillies
- Crack two eggs in a bowl
- Add the chopped onions and capsicum to egg.
- Then add salt, green chillies, red chilli powder and pepper powder.
- Mix to combine everything
- Now add the shallow fried chicken pieces and mix.
- Heat small pan and add some oil.
- Pour the egg mixture on the pan and spread like omelette.
- Close and cook for 1 minute.
- Then carefully flip the omelette and cook other side.
- Cut them into four pieces
- Serve yummy chicken omelette.
