Chocolate Mini Loaf Cake recipe with step by step pictures. It is simply chocolate cake baked in mini loaf tin. Chocolate is mostly favourite to everyone. I love anything chocolatey. So I have tried different recipes for chocolate cake and this one with eggs is one of the best cakes I have made. See how beautiful the texture of the cake is.
My husband don't like sweets. So I make cakes only for occasions after coming here or when some friends come. Otherwise I need to end up eating more 😃. After I started blogging I made cakes few times but forgot to click pictures. I got a mini loaf pan recently and want to try making small loaf since then. Finally I tried making this yummy, soft and fluffy chocolate cake. It tasted so good and everything got disappeared in couple of hours. This can be given in kids snack box too. I am posting my first cake recipe in blog. Looking forward to post many more cakes.

Chocolate Mini Loaf Cake
Ingredients
- Maida/All purpose flour ¼ cup
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Egg 2
- Sugar ⅓ cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Sieve Maida, cocoa powder, baking soda 2-3 times and keep it aside.
- Crack eggs add sugar and beat it nicely till fluffy and bubbly.
- Add oil and vanilla essence and beat it.
- Slowly add the flour mixture and beat it till it is combined nicely.
- Grease the mini loaf baking pan with butter and dust with flour.
- Pour the prepared mixture to the pan and tap it 2-3 times to release air.
- You can preheat the oven to 160°C for ten mins while you are preparing the batter.
- Bake in same temperature for 20-25 minutes till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool them in wire rack and serve as tea time snack.
