Corn Flour Halwa | Bombay Halwa | Karachi Halwa recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Corn flour halwa is simple and easy halwa made with corn flour, sugar, nuts and ghee. It is one of the popular desserts made during Diwali or any festivals. It is also commonly known as Bombay halwa or Karachi halwa. I want to make this halwa for long time. Finally tried this and it came out so good in first attempt itself.
I was little hesitant thinking it will take much time and tedious to make halwa. It is such a simple one compared to other halwa. It uses less ghee and not very much time consuming too. Even a beginner can make this very easily as steps are very simple and there is no specific consistency for the sugar syrup. I referred many recipes and slightly adapted the recipe from here. This is my third entry to make these desserts theme in Blogging Marathon.
