Cream Cheese veg Sandwich is simple sandwich where veggies mixed with cream cheese is used as stuffing. It is quick and easy to make for breakfast, snacks or parties. Sandwich or toast always comes handy during busy morning as we can put together everything in 5-10 minutes. You can grill or have it plain.

You can add any vegetables of your choice or corn or mushroom. I used vegetables which can be consumed directly without boiling.  You can pack it for lunch box or snacks for kids. I always prepare this sandwich when I have some leftover cream cheese. These can also be prepared ahead and refrigerated and served for parties. Ingredients

  

• Bread 4 slices
• Cream Cheese ¼ cup
• Onions ½
• Capsicum ½
• Carrot ½
• Salt as required
• Pepper powder ½ tsp
• Oregano/Italian Seasoning ½ tsp

Instructions

 

• Finely chop onions, capsicum and carrot and take in a bowl
• Add the cream cheese to vegetables
• Add salt, pepper powder and Italian seasoning
• Mix everything together till it is combined.
• Take bread slices
• Trim the edges of bread
• Apply some butter on the bread.
• Place the prepared cream cheese veggies on the bread.
• Close with another bread.
• Cut them and serve as you wish.
• Refrigerate them if not consuming immediately.

Notes

You can add other veggies like potato, beans, cauliflower, corn, mushroom and all

Adjust the cream cheese and seasonings according to your taste.

You can grill them in toaster.

How to make Cream Cheese Sandwich with step by step pictures

Finely chop onions, capsicum and carrot and take in a bowl

Add the cream cheese to vegetables

Add salt, pepper powder and Italian seasoning

Mix everything together 

Take bread slices

Trim the edges of bread

Apply some butter on the bread.

Place the prepared cream cheese veggies on the bread.
