Curry leaves Crackers | Healthy Curry leaves Crackers without oven Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Curry leaves crackers is healthy variation of crackers with curry leaves powder. It is crispy, crunchy and perfect for kids snacks box. My daughter loves crackers so I always make some variations in crackers with incorporating some healthy ingredients like beetroot crackers. My oven is not working so I made these crackers in pan. It is so simple to bake without oven. Check out the detailed steps below.
It is made with whole wheat flour and less spicy for kids. You can increase the spiciness as per your preference. Curry leaves have lot of antioxidants that improves the immunity. It is good for eyes and helps in hair growth. Due to its healthy benefits I make the curry leaves powder and keep it handy and use it in many dishes for kids. How to make Curry Leaves Crackers with step by step pictures
Take wheat flour, salt, curry leaves powder, baking soda and red chilli powder in a bowl.
Mix nicely and add oil/butter
Mix it together so it resembles bread crumbs
Then add water little by little and form dough. Just bring it together and don’t need to knead much. Cling wrap and refrigerate in fridge for 15 minutes.
Place them in parchment paper and roll them. Prick it with skewers and cut them in desired shapes
Take a pan or pressure cooker and place perforated plate on the bottom and preheat in medium flame for 10 minutes
Then place the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes in low flame till it is done.
Curry leaves crackers is ready.
