I love making pasta for kids with different herbs and spices to make it more healthy. Curry leaves have a lot of medicinal benefits and good for hair growth. We always pick and throw the curry leaves added to the dishes. So I always powder and use it to flavor many dishes.

Curry Leaves Pasta Recipe | Indian style curry leaves shell pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta 200 grams
- Tomato 2 medium
- Curry leaves ½ cup
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Carrot 1 medium
- Eggs 2 optional
- Salt as required
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp optional
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- Oil/butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Wash the curry leaves and tomato and take in a mixer.
- Grind to smooth paste.
- Heat butter and add eggs.
- Scramble the eggs and add carrot and cabbage to it. Saute in high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add curry leaves and tomato paste.
- Sprinkle little water and boil till raw smell goes
- Then add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, and Italian seasoning.
- Give a quick stir and add the cooked pasta.
- Stir nicely till the masala is nicely coated with pasta
- Healthy curry leaves pasta is ready.

Boil water in a vessel
Once it boils add the pasta and salt
Allow it to cook for 7-10 minutes till it is done.
Drain the water and keep it aside
Wash the curry leaves and tomato and take in a mixer.
Grind to smooth paste.
Heat butter and add eggs.
Scramble the eggs and add carrot and cabbage to them. Saute in high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Then add curry leaves and tomato paste.

Then add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, and Italian seasoning.
