Dal Dosa Recipe | Mixed Dal Dosa | Protein-rich breakfast recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Dal Dosa is healthy and protein-packed breakfast recipe made with a mixture of different dals. This is an instant and quick dosa that requires no fermentation of the batter. This yields so crispy and nutritious dosa.
I used only the different dals and completely skipped rice in this recipe. Just soak the dals for 2 hours, grind to a smooth batter and make the dosa. Serve it with chutney, sambar, or podi. I am planning to post three recipes with dazzling dals as part of Blogging Marathon for this week. So keep tuned for other interesting recipes.

How to make Dal dosa with step by step pictures
Take all dals in the bowl and wash them.
Soak the dal for 2-3 hours.
Drain the water and take them in a mixer.
Add little water and grind to a smooth batter.
Repeat the same for the rest of the dal and grind it. Add salt, mix it and start making the dosa or allow it to ferment for 2-3 hours.
Add water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Heat Kadai and spread the dosa batter and drizzle oil.
Close and cook till it is crispy and golden.
Fold and remove from the pan.
Crispy and healthy dosa is ready. Enjoy it with a chutney/Sambar of your choice.
