Dal Paratha Recipe | Leftover Dal Paratha recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Dal paratha is quick and simple paratha made with wheat flour and leftover dal. Best way to finish the leftover dal/sambar. Serve it with raita, pickle, or any curry of your choice.
I always have some dal/sambar from the previous day and no one will be ready to eat so will make paratha or fritters. It makes the paratha so soft too. You can adjust the spices according to the spices in the dal.
