Digestive Biscuits Recipe | Healthy Whole Wheat Oats Digestive Biscuits in Air Fryer recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Digestive biscuits are healthy and nutritious biscuits made with whole wheat and oats flour. It is so crispy, crunchy, and perfect to enjoy with a hot cup of Tea/Coffee. I baked these in the Air Fryer.

We personally love McVitie's digestive biscuits dipped in Tea and it is a must to have when we were in the UK. I was looking for English recipes and adapted the recipe from Kingarthurbaking and replaced maida with oats and reduced the baking powder. It came so well and my hubby who rarely eats baked goods approved it. You can enjoy them guilt-free.

Biscuits have come out really good. I used half all purpose and half whole wheat. I loved snacking on it in the evening. I had to do multiple batches since my air fryer is small. Next time will bake in the oven, just for convenience and to same time.
