Egg Cheese Dosa Recipe | Cheese Egg Dosa recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. It is a variation of dosa with egg and cheese. I make it very simple with few ingredients. It is the perfect kid-friendly recipe and one of the favorites for my elder daughter.

Egg Cheese Dosa Recipe | Cheese Egg Dosa
Ingredients
- Dosa Batter 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Cheese ½ cup
- Salt to sprinkle
- Red chilli powder to sprinkle
- Pepper powder to sprinkle
- Coriander leaves few finely chopped
Instructions
- Take dosa batter and add little water to adjust consistency.
- Heat dosa pan and spread the dosa and cook for seconds
- Add one egg on the dosa.
- Spread it evenly all over the dosa
- Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on top of it
- Grate some cheese on top of it
- Sprinkle some pepper powder and coriander leaves.
- Close and cook till cheese is melted.
- Egg cheese dosa is ready
How to make Egg Cheese Dosa with step by step pictures
Take dosa batter and add little water to adjust consistency.
Heat dosa Kadai and spread the dosa and cook for a few seconds
Add one egg to the dosa.
Spread it evenly all over the dosa
Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder on top of it
Grate some cheese on top of it
Sprinkle some pepper powder and coriander leaves. Close and cook till cheese is melted.
Dosa is ready. Serve it with chutney or sambar
