Ingredients
- Egg 2
- Onion 1 big
- Tomato 2 medium
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
- Garam masala ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Cloves 2
- Cinnamon small piece
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp finely chopped
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs on the stovetop for 15 minutes or pressure cook for 1 whistle.
- Peel the shells and grate the eggs.
- Heat oil and temper with bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, and curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped onions and saute for a minute.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
- Next, add tomatoes and saute till mushy
- Then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
- Sprinkle little water and cook for a few minutes till the raw smell goes.
- Then add grated eggs to it and give a quick mix.
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Spicy egg kheema masala is ready.

How to make Egg Kheema Masala with step by step pictures
