Egg noodles for kids | Kids special Egg Noodles Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Kids special egg noodles is quick and easy recipe which can be prepared in 20 minutes. Normally I prepare noodles with lot of vegetables and make it spicy in street style. This version is mild and simple for kids. Perfect for quick breakfast or dinner.
I like to add onion powder and garlic powder if I have it in stock so it gives nice flavor to noodles and also taste little like maggi. I cook the noodles little soft when preparing for kids. Ingredients
- Noodles 200 grams
- Eggs 3
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
- onion powder 1 tsp optional
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/3 tsp
- Pepper powder 1-2 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce 2 tsp
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Boil water in a vessel
- Once it boils add the noodles, salt and 1 tsp oil and cook for 5-7 minutes till done
- Drain the water and keep it ready
- Heat oil in kadai and crack the eggs
- Add salt and pepper required for eggs and scramble them.
- Then add red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, garam masala, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
- Give quick saute and add cooked noodles
- Then add salt and pepper powder
- Saute everything together in high flame.
- Serve noodles hot with tomato sauce
Notes
I always use wheat or millet based noodles.
I cook the noodles soft for kids as it is easy for them to eat
Increase the spiciness as I have made less spicy for kids
Add vegetables along with eggs
Replace garlic powder with ginger garlic paste if you don't have.
