We need to hard boil the eggs and toss them with onions and pepper powder. Freshly grounded roasted pepper powder gives nice aroma and taste to the dish.

How to make Egg Pepper Roast with step by step pictures
Boil the egg for 15 minutes
Remove the shell and cut them into two halves
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Once it browns add the sliced onions till it browns.
Now add salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
Mix it nicely till everything is combined. Add the halved eggs and saute for few mins till everything is blended together and egg is roasted.
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve Egg pepper roast hot.
