I am loving baking cookies in Air Fryer now and it comes out so perfect each time. You can also add some nuts or chocolate chips to make it more exotic. It keeps good for 2-3 weeks and you can store it in an airtight container. I am sure they won’t last so long. More oats recipes coming so stay tuned.

Notes

Baking time depends on the size and thickness of the cookies.

Always keep an eye after 10 minutes.

Cookies will look soft when taken out of the oven but will become firm after 5-10 minutes.

If the mixture is dry, add few drops of milk to form a dough. I didn't use any milk.

You can roll them and cut them into desired shapes.

You can add nuts and chocolate chips to the dough too.

if you are using oven bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.

You can bake it for little longer if you prefer crispy cookies.

  • I haven’t tried baking with air fryer, your recipe is giving me a nudge to try it. The cookies look really yummy and I love oats in cookies
  • I normally make oil-based cookies, but I am sure these with butter must be richer. Love the combination of oats and chocolate , will try these soon. To bake in an oven, I assume they will be done at the normal temperature we use for cookies and then bake for 10-12 minutes , correct me if I am wrong .
  • I love all your air fryer recipes and this is a delicious cookie. It looks awesome and would love to grab a few.
  • Air fryer sure is convenient during summer compared to the convection oven. I use it to fry vegetables but haven't used in baking. Your cookies have really turned out good.
