Homemade is always better than store bought stuff as there are no preservatives or artificial flavoring. You can make in small batches as and when you require them. It keeps well in fridge for one week to ten days.
I have already shared a version of mayonnaise with eggs. So want to try this time without eggs. You can use either milk or cream instead of eggs. You can use normal food processor for making it. How to make eggless mayonnaise with step by step pictures
Take mustard in mortar and crush them
Take milk, mustard powder, pepper powder, sugar, salt and lemon juice in a jug or bowl.
Beat it with hand blender till it forms bubbles.
Now add the oil in batches.
Beat till it become creamy
Adjust the salt, sugar and pepper powder according to your taste and store in airtight container
Yummy homemade mayonnaise is ready.
