Eggless Vanilla cupcakes | Basic vanilla cupcakes recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make simple eggless vanilla cupcakes. These cupcakes are so soft and fluffy. I have tried this many times and it comes so good. I adapted the recipe from here. This is one of the basic version of cup cake and we can do lot of modifications to this base recipe. You can use butter or oil for this recipe. Both works good. Most of the ingredients are easily available in kitchen. You can double or triple the recipe for any parties.
I didn't plan to post anything special for new year. I made this cake for my daughter school party two weeks back. Suddenly thought I can post this for New Year. 2018 is wonderful year with many new friends, new experiences, lot of up and downs and most importantly I started this blog. It is wonderful journey so far and wish to continue after going back to India also. Wish you all very happy and prosperous New Year.

Eggless Vanilla cupcakes | Basic vanilla cupcakes
Ingredients
- All purpose flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 TSP
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Decoration
- Glace Icing
- Sprinkles as required
Instructions
- Sieve maida, baking powder and salt couple of times and keep it ready
- Take milk in a bowl.
- Add sugar, oil, vinegar, vanilla essence
- Mix nicely till everything is combined and sugar is dissolved. keep it aside for 5 minutes
- Then add the dry ingredients in batches.
- Mix everything together till nicely combined.
- Line the cup cake tray with liners.
- Fill the batter to 3/4th of the liner and tap the tray. I used my muffin cups for rest of the batter.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake in the same temperature for 20-22 minutes till toothpick inserted comes clean.
- Cool the cake in wire rack
- Decorate them or serve it plain.

Decorating
Prepare Glace Icing as per the instructions. Once the cake cools down, apply the glace icing on top of cup cakes. Top it with sprinkles and allow it to dry.
