Eggless Whole Wheat Muffins Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Whole wheat muffins are easy and simple to make tea time snack and can be given to kids lunch box. These muffins are healthy as they are made from whole wheat flour. I always prefer eggless cakes to egg version because there is no need to beat much. We can simply mix the ingredients, bake and cake is ready. You can use the same recipe to bake normal vanilla cake too.

Nowadays 70% of my baking uses wheat flour. Tried this eggless whole wheat muffins modifying the recipe of my usual muffins. It came out so soft, spongy and fluffy. No one will tell it is made from wheat flour until you let them know. It tasted so good next day too without drying. Do try and let me know your feedback.
