Sesame chutney is a big favourite at our place, though I make it slightly differently. Love the reddish colour of yours - looks absolutely flavourful! The use of garlic here is interesting. It must have added so much depth of flavour to the Chutney.

Sesame is packed with nurrients and I loved this chutney. Using tomatoes is interesting and I love to add a small piece of jaggery too.

We love ellu chutney with soothing Pongal. Somehow the combination caught up with the children as well so we enjoy this a lot. My recipe, however, does not have tomatoes, So I will try it your way soon.

A great way to use this super-nutritious seed and in abundance. I can only imagine its nutty flavour pairing well with anything; be it idli, dosa or rice.
