Garlic Chutney recipe | Poondu Chutney recipe

Garlic Chutney recipe | Poondu Chutney recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Garlic chutney is spicy side dish made with fresh garlic and tomatoes. It goes well with idly and dosa. It keeps well in fridge for one week to 10 days and can be taken during travel. This is one of my favorite chutney recipe. You will surely enjoy this if you like the flavor of garlic. Peeling the garlic is only hectic work. Otherwise you can prepare this easily.
Garlic has lot of health benefits so make sure to include it in any form. You can use whole red chilli instead of red chilli powder and tamarind in place of tomatoes. Saute nicely in oil so self life is increased. This is my third entry to Blogging Marathon themed under Condiments for this week.
