Garlic Egg Shrimp Noodles are delicious and exotic noodles made with a combination of butter, garlic, egg, and prawns. It is so flavorful and easy to make too. It is perfect for weekend dinner or parties.
If you are a regular reader of my blog, you know my love for noodles. My kids also like them a lot and I always get whole wheat noodles for them. Prawns are a rich source of protein. Marinate the prawns and shallow fry them. I air-fried the prawns. Then simply stir fry the noodles with spices along with prawn and egg. Adjust the sauces according to your preference

Wash and clean the prawns
Marinate the prawns with salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.
Mix everything and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer at 190°C for three minutes. Place the prawns in the air fryer basket.
Bake at the same temperature for 4-5 minutes till it is golden and done.
Boil water in the pan and cook noodles for 8-10 minutes according to the instructions in the packet. Add salt and 1 tsp of oil while cooking noodles.
Once it is cooked, drain the water and run through cold water and keep it aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil and crack the eggs. Sprinkle some salt, pepper powder on the top of the eggs
Scramble the eggs, remove and keep them aside.
In the same pan, heat butter and add finely chopped garlic.
Once it browns, add the finely chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum, and carrot.
Saute in high flame for 2-3 minutes. Then add salt, pepper powder, and soya sauce.
Saute in high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the cooked noodles.
Next, add the eggs and shallow fried prawns
Toss in high flame till everything is coated evenly.
Delicious garlic egg prawns noodles are ready.
