Homemade Chocolate | Homemade Milk Chocolate recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make simple chocolates in home with just three ingredients. This is very basic version of chocolate using only milk powder, cocoa powder and sugar. It is so easy to make and we don't require any special ingredient. I learnt this recipe from my friend deepa. This is her mom recipe and surely must try for beginners. Taste of these chocolates are similar to what we get in hill stations like ooty and kodaikanal.
We can do lot of variations to this recipe by adding nuts or omitting the cocoa powder and preparing milk chocolate. Use good quality milk powder. I already posted version of homemade chocolates using coconut oil. Make these yummy chocolates for your kids in home. Homemade Chocolate | Homemade Milk Chocolate
Ingredients
- Milk powder ¾ cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Water ¼ cup + ⅛ cup
Instructions
- Mix milk powder and cocoa powder and keep it ready.
- Take sugar in pan
- Add water and allow it to boil
- Allow it to boil till it reaches one string consistency.
- Now switch off the flame.
- Add the milk powder and cocoa mixture and mix till everything is combined.
- Grease the plate of baking tray with butter. I used my mini loaf pan.
- Pour the batter into pan and tap.
- Allow it to cool down for ½ hour to one hour.
- Once it is set you can cut into desired pieces.
- Yummy homemade chocolates is ready.
