Ingredients
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Sieve milk powder, cocoa powder and powdered sugar and keep it aside. It should be very fine to get smooth and silky chocolate. My milk powder was little coarse. so I powered it before sieving.
- Melt coconut oil in double boiler method
- Once coconut oil melts completely, add the milk powder, sugar and cocoa powder mixture
- Mix it nicely till it combines fully
- Then add vanilla essence and mix
- Texture should be as below. Not too runny or thick.
- Pour into ice molds
- Freeze for one hour and then you can remove the chocolate from mold
- Wrap them in foil sheets for party or give away
Notes
1. Milk powder and powdered sugar should be fine 2. This chocolate has little smell of coconut oil. Can use Cocoa butter if you get instead of coconut oil
