Week 1 – Breakfast Platters
Bengali Breakfast – Luchi with Dum Aloo
Kerala Breakfast – Appam with Sambol, egg curry and coconut milk
Srilankan Breakfast – Pol Roti with Fish curry and coconut sambol
South Indian Breakfast – Idli, dosa, vada, pongal with sambar and three types of chutney
Week 2 – Everyday Assembled thalis
Veg Lunch Menu 1 includes Moong dal Karara, Kovakkai fry, pasta salad and bottle gourd basundi
Veg Lunch Menu 2 includes keerai Kootu, baked broccoli and omelette
Non Veg Lunch Menu 1 is simple Chicken lunch menu. It contains Andhra style Chicken Curry, Chicken soup and chicken kola urundai.
Veg Lunch Menu 3 includes Lemon rice, Tomato rice, potato fry, kothavarangai poriyal and tomato raita
Veg Lunch Menu 4 includes Sambar, vatha kuzhambu, Potato fry, carrot beans poriyal, Keerai poriyal, rasam and curd.
Non-Veg Lunch Menu 2 is simple fish lunch menu. It includes fish curry, fish fry and omelette masala.
Week 3 – Thalis featuring Indian flat breads
Phulkas with cauliflower capsicum masala
Zucchini Paratha with raita and no onion no garlic chana masala
Whole wheat naan with Aloo matar, raita, green chilli pickle and onions
Aloo Paratha with dal, spiced yogurt, butter, onions and green chilli
Pumpkin Poori with aloo masala
Chola Poori with chana masala, potato curry and onions
Week 4 – Regional Thalis
Special Non Veg Thali for guests or get togethers
Special Veg Meals for guests or get together.
Valaikappu lunch menu with 7 different types of rice and side dishes.
Chettinad Non Veg thali with chettinad mutton biryani, mutton sukka and chettinad egg masala.
Pongal Menu with vella pongal, sweet pongal, vada, payasam and sambar.
Special dinner menu with paratha platter, jeera rice and prawns masala
Week 5 – Snacks Platters
Birthday party table with cake, truffles, brownies, lollilops
Kids party menu with sandwich, pizza, french fries, smileys and fried rice.
