Instant Wheat Dosa | Wheat flour dosa | Godhumai dosa recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Instant wheat dosa is a quick and easy breakfast or dinner recipe made with wheat flour. You require only wheat flour, salt, and water to make this delicious dosa. It requires no fermentation and can be made immediately.

This is one of my go-to recipes when I am running short of normal idli dosa batter. I mostly make it plain but you can add onions, green chilies and make it too. You can make crispy or soft dosa as per your choice. Serve it with chutney, sambar, or podi. I am planning to share three quick breakfast recipes this week starting with this instant wheat dosa.

This is similar to the Sindhi Atey ja Chilra - but I guess you use very runny batter to get those pores , which will make it crisp. Must try this next time.

One of my go to dosai recipe for weeknight dinners. We all love godhumai dosai and it is delicious. I add a little rice flour for crispness as well.
