You require only wheat flour, salt, and water to make this delicious dosa. It requires no fermentation and can be made immediately.
This is one of my go-to recipes when I am running short of normal idli dosa batter. I mostly make it plain but you can add onions, green chilies and make it too. You can make crispy or soft dosa as per your choice. Serve it with chutney, sambar, or podi. I am planning to share three quick breakfast recipes this week starting with this instant wheat dosa.

How to make Instant wheat dosa with step by step pictures
Take wheat flour and salt in a bowl
Add water to it slowly and mix
Mix to form a lump-free batter.
Adjust the consistency of the batter as per your preference. Add jeera to it and mix
Heat the dosa pan and pour the batter over it.
Drizzle oil and slowly cook in medium flame.
Then flip the dosa and cook for a minute.
Crispy wheat dosa is ready.
