When I was thinking what can I do for different types of bun I got the idea of jam rolls. When I was browsing through, I saw this picture from raks which gave me idea of using coconut along with jam. It is one of the yummy combo and everyone liked it. You can even have it as such without toasting. Perfect for breakfast, travel or kids snacks box. This is my second entry to this week blogging Marathon themed under Roll and fold for bun.

Jam Coconut Roll ups | Jam bread rolls recipe
Ingredients
- Bread 5 slices
- Jam as required
- Grated coconut as required
- Ghee or butter for toasting
Instructions
- Take bread slices and trim the edges
- Roll the bread flat with roller.
- Apply jam on top of the bread and spread it
- Sprinkle grated coconut on the top
- Roll them tightly and seal the edges
- Heat pan and toast the bread with ghee/butter till golden
- Toasted bread jam coconut rolls is ready.
- Serve it for your kids

How to make Jam coconut bread rolls with step by step pictures
Take bread slices and trim the edges
Roll the bread flat with roller.
Apply jam on top of the bread and spread it.
Sprinkle grated coconut on the top
Roll them tightly and seal the edges
Heat pan and toast the bread with ghee/butter till golden
