Keerai Paniyaram Recipe | Keerai Kuzhi Paniyaram | Spinach Appe recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Keerai panniyaram is healthy appe made with left over idli dosa batter with the addition of greens. I always make paniyaram once in a week mostly with leftover idli dosa batter or rava paniyaram. To make kids eat veggies, I usually add different vegetable puree, stuffing or keerai to it.

I used amaranthus(arai keerai in tamil) finely minced for this recipe. You can use any type of greens. Its my turn to suggest theme for this week in FoodieMondaybloghop group. I suggested #253 MunchkinMeals any healthy recipes we make for kids. My contribution to the theme is healthy and delicious keerai paniyaram.

Keerai paniyaram looks very tempting Narmadha, best way to make kids to have leafy veggies in this way. My mom use to add keerai and veggies by grinding like this :) . Loved your version panniyaram with yummy chutney.
