These prawns were so juicy and they will melt in your mouth. I made these in the air fryer. You can make it on the stovetop or oven.
You can make it as a quick appetizer for parties. It gets ready in less than 15 minutes. My kids love this and keep asking for more. You can serve it as side dish for rice or noodles as well. You can add some crushed small onions or mint leaves as a variation.

Ingredients
- Shrimp/Prawns 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Garlic 6
- Salt as required
- Pepper powder ½ tsp
- Lemon ½
Instructions
- Clean, develin and wash the prawns
- Peel the garlic and mince in mortar and pestle
- Add salt and pepper powder to clean prawns
- Then add lemon juice from ½ lemon, melted butter, and minced garlic.
- Mix everything together till it is nicely coated with prawns.
- Preheat the air fryer at 160°C for 3 minutes
- Then place the marinated prawns in the basket and air fry them for 4-5 minutes
- Lemon garlic butter prawns are ready.
