Lemon Poha Recipe | Lemon Aval Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. It is one of the quick and easy recipe made with poha/aval/flattened rice. Lemon aval makes quick breakfast, dinner or snack recipe. It gets ready in less than 15 minutes. Use thick variety of poha so it don’t turn mushy. When using thin variety take extra care and soak just for 2 minutes.

How to make Lemon poha with step by step pictures
Wash and soak aval in little water till immersed for 2 minutes. squeeze the water and keep it aside.
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, chana dal, hing and curry leaves.
Once it browns add the finely chopped green chilli, salt and turmeric powder.
Add soaked aval and give a quick saute till combined and switch off the flame.
Now add the lime juice and mix.
Lemon poha is ready.
