Maida Bonda | Instant Bonda Recipe | Street food recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Maida Bonda is simple tea time snack which can be prepared very quickly and easily. It is very popular street side food in chennai. I remember eating these from street side shops who used to sell hot bajji, vada and Bonda. They taste so soft and spongy. You can prepare these yummy fritters in 15 minutes.
I have tried different combinations to reproduce the taste. Finally settled with this recipe as these bonda comes so soft and fluffy and we can enjoy with hot tea or coffee. Use sour curd to make the bonda fluffier. You can allow it to rest for 15 to 30 minutes if you have time. Otherwise these can be prepared instantly. These bonda will be crisp outside and soft inside.
