Mango cream is delicious and quick dessert made with alternate layers of mango pulp, whipped cream and mango chunks

Ingredients

  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Mango slices chopped 1/4 cup
  • Cherry few optional
  • Mango Puree
  • Mango 3/4 cup chopped
  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take mango chunks in mixer.
  2. Add sugar to it.
  3. Grind to smooth puree.
  4. Prepare Whipped cream as per the instructions or use leftover whipped cream after making cakes.
  5. Take serving glass and first layer it with mango puree
  6. Then add whipped cream to it.
  7. Next add mango chunks.
  8. Repeat alternative layers till the top of the glass.
  9. Top it with some cherries or nuts.
  10. Chill and enjoy the mango cream

Notes

You can use other fruits like pineapple, strawberry or combination of fruits.

Top it with nuts, tutti frutti or anything of your choice.

Chill and enjoy as dessert.

You can use any leftover frosting for layers.

How to make Mango Cream with step by step pictures

Take mango chunks in mixer.

Add sugar to it.

Grind to smooth puree.

Prepare Whipped cream as per the instructions or use leftover whipped cream after making cakes. I used leftover whipped cream.

Take serving glass and first layer it with mango puree

Then add whipped cream to it.
