Mango Kulfi Recipe | How to make Mango Kulfi recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Mango kulfi is rich and creamy dessert made with milk, cream and mangoes. Kulfi is traditional indian dessert made with milk and it is one of our favorite desserts. So I always make different combinations of kulfi. I have already posted traditional kulfi and muskmelon kulfi. This time it is mango kulfi to enjoy this hot summer.

I added milk powder and cream to make it more creamy and rich. You can skip them and add little corn flour and make these treats. You can use condensed milk instead of sugar too. Boil milk till it reduces to ⅓rd of its volume and add sugar, cream and milk powder and mix them. Finally add mango puree and garnish with nuts. Always use full cream milk. This is my third entry to Blogging Marathon under the theme Desserts with seasonal produce.

    Notes

Use Whole full cream milk for making kulfi.
You can use normal stainless steel glass if you don't have kulfi mould. In that case cover the top with silver foil
You can remove the kulfi from fridge after two hours and insert icecream stick if you are using stainless steel glass.
Unmould the kulfi in bowl and serve without using icecream sticks too.
Take some milk and mix the milk powder before adding to boiling milk. I missed and added directly so had to mix it very well to avoid lumps.

I love mango based desserts so much. This is a wonderful kulfi flavor for sure. I made mango kulfi recently but adding those mango cubes along with puree would add some bite to them. Will try this next time I make.
