It is one of the most popular milkshakes especially during mango season. It is very easy and quick to make this milkshake in home. I have made this very simple with just three ingredients milk, sugar and mangoes. You can add ice cream to make it more creamy. You can add cardamom or cinnamon powder for flavoring and nuts to make to more rich.
Usually we make milkshake or juice with overripe mangoes. Adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes. Adjust the consistency of milkshake by adding more or less milk. You can use almond or coconut milk for vegan option. You can add honey or dates syrup for sweetness. I added powdered sugar candy for sweetness. Ingredients
- Mango 1 medium size or 1 cup chopped mangoes
- Milk 1 cup
- Powdered sugar candy 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes few optional
- Ice cream 2 scoops optional
- Nuts to garnish optional
Instructions
- Take chopped mango in blender
- Add milk and sugar to mangoes. Add ice cubes nuts or ice cream if you are using. I skipped them.
- Blend them till smooth.
- Mango milkshake is ready.
