Mango Mousse Recipe | Eggless Mango Mousse | How to make Mango Mousse recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Mango mousse is rich, soft and creamy dessert made with mangoes. I have made it eggless and very simple without using any setting agent like agar agar or gelatin. This is made with just three ingredients mangoes, cream and sugar and it takes less than 15 minutes for preparation.
You can make this exotic and delicious dessert for parties. It can be prepared and refrigerated ahead and served for guests. You can increase the quantity of mangoes according to your preference. I used whipping cream but you can use fresh cream too which is less in fat. This is my second entry to Blogging Marathon under the theme Desserts with seasonal produce.

How to make Mango Mousse with step by step pictures
Take whipping cream in bowl
Beat them using electric beater till soft peaks form
Wash, remove the skin and chop the mangoes.
Take 1/2 cup of chopped mangoes in blender
Add sugar to it.
Blend it to smooth puree
Take serving glass and layer them with mango puree in the bottom
Add the remaining mango puree to the cream
Fold them gently with cream.
Layer the cream on top of mango puree
Top them with chopped mangoes.
Refrigerate them for 1 hour and serve chilled.
Mango Mousse is ready
