Mediterranean Pasta Salad Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Mediterranean pasta salad is quick and easy salad made with pasta, vegetables in olive oil, lemon and herb dressing. If you love pasta like me you will surely enjoy this salad. As with any salad recipe you can add more or less veggies and adjust the dressing according to your preference. I am not big fan of cheese so added little cheese only.

How to make Mediterranean Pasta Salad with step by step pictures
Take one cup pasta
Boil water and add the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Drain the water and keep it ready.
Take all ingredients for dressing in a bowl
Mix all the ingredients with olive oil.
Take pasta in a bowl and add all the vegetables.
Add the dressing to pasta.
Mix it nicely, taste and adjust according to your taste.
Grate some cheese on the top
Mediterranean Pasta Salad is ready.
