Millet Idli dosa Recipe | Little Millet Idli Dosa | Samai Idli Dosa recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Millet idli dosa is a good alternative to idli/dosa made with rice. This is no rice recipe where I have used only millets and urad dal. Poha is added for softness but you can skip them too.
Millets have a lot of health benefits and it is good to take them in moderation. I love making recipes like this instead of eating directly. You can use them in a variety of rice like sambar rice, pulao, curd rice, etc. This yields soft idlis and crispy dosas. Serve them with chutney or sambar.
