Mushroom 65 | Mushroom Fry Recipe with step by step pictures. Mushroom fry is simple snack recipe which can be prepared as evening snacks or starters for lunch. I packed this for my daughter lunch box. I used the same ingredients I use for preparing Gobi 65. It is simple recipe with very few ingredients which is easily available in kitchen. It can be prepared in less than 20 minutes.

Mushroom 65 is simple Indian starter which is crispy.

Ingredients
- Mushroom 200 gms
- besan flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms first and wipe them with tissue to remove excess water and cut them in medium size.
- Add all the other ingredients to mushroom and mix well.
- Mix well so it coats the mushroom. Mushroom will leave some water to mix the batter. You can add few drops of water if required.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in medium flame till crisp.
- Serve mushrooms hot with tomato sauce
Notes
Mushroom will leave water if batter is kept for long time before frying.
How to make Mushroom 65 with step by step pictures
Wash the mushrooms first and wipe them with tissue to remove excess water and cut them in medium size.
