Mushroom Noodles Recipe | How to make Mushroom Noodles recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Mushroom noodles is easy and quick stir fried noodles with mushroom. I added carrot and cabbage along with mushroom. You can add capsicum, spring onions and other veggies or meat too. I am very fond of noodles and I love the street style spicy noodles. If you give me noodles all day also I won't get bored and will enjoy them. My hubby won't like noodles at all. My kids will eat mild flavored noodles. I made this mushroom noodles as single serving and enjoyed having them.

Do check her blog for some amazing and authentic vegetarian recipes. Chinese New Year is the Chinese festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese calendar. It is celebrated on 25th January this year. I thought about different options like dumplings, fried rice, spring rolls and finally decided on my favorite noodles.

Mushroom Noodles Recipe | How to make Mushroom Noodles
Ingredients
- Noodles 100 grams
- Mushroom 100 grams
- Carrot ½ cup
- Cabbage ½ cup
- Garlic 3-4 finely chopped
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Pepper powder ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Green chilli sauce 1 tsp
- Vineger 1 tsp
- Spring onions to garnish.
Instructions
- Boil water in a vessel. Once it boils add the noodles, few drops of oil and ½ tsp salt.
- Once it is cooked, drain the water and run through cold water and keep it aside.
- Wash and slice the mushroom and vegetables.
- Heat oil and add the finely chopped garlic.
- Then add mushroom, carrot, capsicum and saute for 2 minutes in high flame.
- Then add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vineger and give a quick stir.
- Finally add the cooked noodles
- Toss in high flame for 3-4 minutes till everything is coated together.
- Yummy and delicious mushroom noodles is ready.
- Serve it with ketchup or any Manchurian

How to make Mushroom Noodles with step by step pictures
