Mushroom Tikka Biryani Recipe | Easy and flavorful Mushroom Tikka Biryani recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Flavorful and aromatic biryani with marinated mushrooms and spices. Mushroom is marinated with curd, tandoori spices and cooked in a pan/oven. It will enhance the flavor of the biryani. We can prepare this in dum style but I prepared it as one pot dish to save the time.

Mushroom biryani or pulao is regular affair in my place as my kids love mushrooms. You can prepare this for potluck or parties or for simple meal or lunch box. Notes

Use 1:1.5 cups of water if you are cooking in pressure cooker. For open pot method I use 1:2.
This is mild spicy suitable for kids. Increase the spiciness by adding more red chilli powder or green chilli for others.
You can bake the mushroom tikka in oven instead of shallow frying.
