Palak Poori | Spinach Poori recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make healthy palak poori for breakfast. Palak poori is variation of normal poori where spinach puree is added it. Everyone likes poori and it is one of the common breakfast we do. I started making palak poori just to make my daughter eat greens in indirect way. It will have bright green color and attract the kids. kids wont be able to find much difference in taste from norml pooris.
We just need to blanch the spinach, puree them and add to flour to form the dough. Otherwise I follow the same process as I do to make normal poori. We can do many variations by adding different vegatables to it. Serve it along with potato masala or chana curry. I served this palak poori with chettinad egg masala.
