It is an easy and quick recipe when you have dosa batter and paneer ready. Spicy paneer stuffing is so flavorful and kids will love this stuffed dosa. Dosa is the most commonly made breakfast or dinner recipe at home and I always try to make different variations like onion dosa, podi dosa, or egg dosa. Use fresh or store-bought paneer for the recipe. You can use leftover paneer burji or paneer masala as stuffing to dosa too. Planning to post three different paneer recipes as part of this week’s blogging marathon. So stay tuned.

  • Thanks so much for the inspiration. I made these last night and it was super hit. The boys loved it and I became a big fan.
  • I never could get myself to order paneer dosa whenever we ate out. The other day I had some leftover paneer and saw your recipe in the feed. Gave it a try and to my surprise it was really good. Now I am wondering why I have not tried this combination sooner?
  • Your paneer masala looks absolutely lipsmacking... I could dig in right away...
