Paneer Masala Dosa | Paneer Dosa recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Paneer Masala dosa is a variation of masala dosa stuffed with paneer. It is an easy and quick recipe when you have dosa batter and paneer ready. Spicy paneer stuffing is so flavorful and kids will love this stuffed dosa. You can eat it as such or serve with Chutney or Sambar.
Dosa is the most commonly made breakfast or dinner recipe at home and I always try to make different variations like onion dosa, podi dosa, or egg dosa. Use fresh or store-bought paneer for the recipe. You can use leftover paneer burji or paneer masala as stuffing to dosa too. Paneer Masala Dosa | Paneer Dosa
Ingredients
- Dosa batter 3 cups
- Grated Paneer 1 cup heaped
- Onion 2
- Tomato 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
- Garam masala ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp finely chopped
- Salt as required
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Mustard ¼ tsp
Instructions
- Grate the paneer and keep it ready
- Heat oil and temper with mustard and cumin seeds.
- Once it browns add the finely chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
- Then add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
- Next add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
- Sprinkle little water and allow the masala to cook for 2-3 minutes
- Then add grated paneer to it
- Cook till paneer is cooked and the raw smell of masalas is gone.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame
- Take dosa batter and add little water to adjust consistency.
- Heat dosa pan and spread the dosa.
- Add the paneer masala to it and drizzle oil.
- Once it is cooked, fold the dosa and remove it from the pan.
- Similarly, make dosa with rest of the masalas.
- Delicious paneer masala dosa is ready.
