Paneer masala recipe | Simple paneer masala recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Simple home-style paneer cooked in onion tomato masala. It goes well with roti or naan. You can make it a gravy type or dry dish depending on your preference.
I always prefer to shallow fry the paneer before adding to any dishes. Use fresh homemade or store-bought paneer to make this delicious semi-dry dish. My kids love paneer so I will include it regularly by making pulao, fry, or adding it to different dishes.
